TALENZIO Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") define the rules for using the Talenzio mobile application ("App"), available on mobile devices with Android/iOS systems.

Using the App means acceptance of these Terms.

2. Terms of Use

The App is intended for children and their parents/legal guardians.

Children under 13 years of age may use the App only with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Parent or legal guardian is required to:

• Give consent for a child under 13 to use the App
• Provide supervision over the App usage
• Review the App content and assess its appropriateness for the child's age

3. Registration and User Data

Using the App may require creating a user account.

For children under 13, registration is performed only by a parent or legal guardian.

The administrator ensures personal data protection in accordance with applicable laws, in particular GDPR. Detailed information is available in the Privacy Policy.

4. Liability

The administrator makes efforts to ensure the App works properly and is safe for users.

The administrator is not liable for:

• Inappropriate use of the App by a child without parental/guardian supervision
• Consequences of providing false information during registration
• Problems resulting from lack of appropriate equipment or software on the user's side

5. Copyright

All content available in the App is legally protected and is the property of the Administrator or cooperating entities.

Copying, distributing, or using the App's content in a manner inconsistent with law or these Terms is prohibited.

7. User-Generated Content

Users may publish content (videos, comments, messages) in the App. We enforce a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for the following content:

• Pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit content
• Content promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Offensive, vulgar, or harassing content toward other users
• Spam, advertising, or misleading content
• Copyright infringement or other intellectual property violations
• Content violating laws or promoting illegal activities

8. Content Moderation and Reporting

TALENZIO provides content safety and moderation mechanisms:

• "Report" feature - flag icon available on every video and in every user's profile allows reporting inappropriate content with category selection (violence, harassment, spam, illegal content, etc.)
• 24-hour commitment - The administrator commits to review every report and take action within a maximum of 24 hours from receiving the report
• Moderation actions - If a violation is confirmed, the administrator will immediately remove inappropriate content and block the account of the user who published it
• User blocking - Every user can block another user using the "Block" button in their profile. The list of blocked users is available in Settings → Account → Blocked Users
• Automatic filtering - Blocked users will not be visible in the video feed and cannot contact the user who blocked them

9. Consequences of Terms Violation

Violation of these Terms, especially publishing prohibited content, may result in:

• Immediate content removal
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent account ban without possibility of recovery
• Reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities in case of illegal content

10. Final Provisions

The administrator reserves the right to modify these Terms. Changes take effect upon publication in the App.

Matters not regulated in these Terms are governed by Polish law.
